Shotgun House w/ Loft

Another personal project of ArchiJSV whereas a lovely couple Ponce made a DIY house with loft. ArchiJSV approached and requested for permission to use their house to redesign on my own volition simply to polish my skills. The redesigning of the house was aimed to have a modern industrial design while keeping the budget to close to the original budget.
